  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description
  • Provide standing supervision as and when directed by Consultant team.
  • Witness all inspections, testing and commissioning sessions performed by Sub-contractors to ensure compliance with quality standards, designs and specifications.
  • Compile relevant equipment, material, inspection and test certificated submitted by the contractors as required for the project records.
  • Ensure company's safety rule is complied with.
  • Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to drawings and specifications.
  • Attend site meetings and perform site inspections.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
  • Any other task assigned from time to time.
  • Estimated commencement of work in September/October 2024

Job Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university and registered with IES/ACES as a Resident Engineer
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Resident Engineer in precast high rise residential building project and supervision of residential developments.
  • Experience in building projects, Preferable with prior experience in HDB projects
  • Able to commence work with short notice period will be an advantage.
  • Able to lead a team and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Preferably conversant with local codes and familiar with local authority’s regulations and requirements
