Responsibilities
- Responsible to meet profitability targets for aftersales business including service, workshop and parts
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver business targets within a culture of continuous improvement, process excellence and efficiency
- Ensure the team provide quality customer service at all time
- Identify and develop new opportunities to increase customer retention for the aftersales business
- Responsible to meet OEM set targets and standards for aftersales business
- Maintain strong collaborative relationship with OEM and business partners
- Ensure warranty policy and procedure are carried out in accordance to OEM guidelines
- Monitor and analyse aftersales performance KPIs and work on improvement plans when required
Requirements
- Minimum Degree qualifications with 5 years of aftersales managerial experience within the automotive industry
- Exemplary leadership and people management skills
- Dynamic with strong drive to excel
- Strong business acumen
- Customer centric mindset with commitment to deliver high quality service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
