Job Summary:

We are currently accepting resumes for a Sales Representative to call on Singapore's weight Loss clients and community. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and have a broad base of relationships with key industry influencers. This dynamic role allows one to operate remotely or be located in Singapore and will report to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling
  • Grow sales within the Singapore sales territory
  • Promote sales by calling on existing and new leads and business partners.
  • Proactively recognize cross-selling opportunities, using product knowledge to offer similar patterns and designs to clients to increase revenue.
  • Make outbound calls to clients to close sales, follow-ups on open quotes and projects, follow sales enquiries to close sales, or recommend alternative products.
  • Participate in exhibitions, sales events, or similar.
  • Selling Quality
  • Use our proven sales protocol to guide prospects, diagnose them, and determine whether they fit our coaching program.
  • Build authentic connections with prospects, showing empathy and care while helping them make the right decision for their health.
  • Consultative selling focuses on building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions rather than simply pushing a product.
  • Focus on client experience to consistently allow each interaction with the product and service to reinforce the value proposition.
  • Sales Analysis
  • Provide weekly sales reports and monthly recaps.
  • Keep CRM updated with opportunities, client engagement status, project shops, tasks, contacts and clients.
  • Post monthly sales recap to the Sales Teams Channel.
  • Register opportunities and projects.
  • Meeting with the team when required or at least two times per week.
  • Business Development
  • Increased awareness of the brand in social media, working at exhibitions, and strong networks/ partners.
  • Proactively recognize cross-selling opportunities, using product knowledge to offer similar patterns and designs to clients to increase revenue in Singapore.

Requirements:

  • Reliable phone and internet access daily.
  • 4+ years of related sales and/ or weight loss service, service-based experience preferred
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Keen interest and appreciation for healthy lifestyles
  • Experience selling, tracking and reporting on a multiple project/sales pipeline
  • In-depth knowledge of Sales best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and CRM software
  • Social Media savvy
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Location Preference:

  • Candidates ideally located in Singapore (optional)
  • Candidates located outside Singapore (remote) must have good sales track records
