Responsibilities

  • Able to lead & execute end-to-end community activities
  • Define clear community objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Define necessary strategies by considering target community members, business objectives, and performance metrics.
  • Manage, track, and optimize community daily engagement. Collaborate with cross-products and services to embody a customer-first mindset.
  • Grow community members by ensuring competitiveness to increase their loyalty and advocacy.
  • Create insightful analyses and reports of the communities.
  • Collaborate with external communities to reach a wide audience base.
  • Identify opportunities and potential partnerships to enhance community performance that contributes to business sustainability and growth.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams (Creative, Brand, Platform, Partnership, Data, Market Manager/Partner, and Product) to implement cost-saving strategies that enhance community performance and competitiveness.
  • Collect and evaluate insights from community members on community perks & benefits, environment, and overall activities.
  • Translate analysis findings and personal insights into actionable recommendations for community growth plans.

Requirements

  • Passion for community marketing and creating growth.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Great people-skill, able to conduct effective negotiation and influence people.
  • Self-driven loves challenges, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and is resilient to failures.
  • Excellent communication, passion, dedication and energy to get things done.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Min. 2 years experience in e-commerce, online marketing, creative, communications, and content production.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to detail.
  • A major plus is a high proficiency in presenting ideas with concise and strategic thinking, translating complex data findings into clear insights, and having a knack for storytelling.
  • Understand go-to-market and route-to-market knowledge in product mix and channel marketing mix.
  • Customer-centric mindset in devising and managing commercial projects.
  • Experience working independently and in hands-on marketing. Understanding the community marketing role is a must. Ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure correct brand implementation in event materials.
  • Multitasking, self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects and other responsibilities and at the same time able to prioritize/effectively delegate tasks.
