  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A leading global Data Centre is looking for a proven Capacity and Resource Manager to join their team here in Singapore.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all physical and virtual resources.
  • Allocate resources to various projects and departments based on priority, availability, and business needs.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor and report on resource usage, identify trends, and forecast future capacity needs.
  • Forecasting future resource and capacity needs based on business growth, new projects, and analysing customer trends and usage patterns.
  • Generate regular reports on resource usage, capacity, and performance for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Investment, Business Operations, Sales, and Design teams to ensure resource and capacity needs are met across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain processes and systems to accurately track, trend, and manage consumed and available capacity.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance resource utilization and capacity planning processes.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree is a must.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of data centre operations, IT infrastructure, and cloud computing.
  • Ability to analyse complex data sets to forecast future needs and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Experience with project management methodologies to effectively plan and execute resource allocation and capacity planning activities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address resource shortages and capacity issues promptly.
  • Proficiency with resource management and capacity planning tools and software.
  • Certifications in IT management, project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), or data centre operations.
  • Prior experience working with cloud computing, virtualization, and modern data centre technologies.
