  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

My client is a leading OSAT provider currently looking to identify a HOD / Director to oversee their Planning and Industrial Engineering activities.

Responsibilities:

This is a senior position to lead and direct the Planning and IE teams in the respective operational activities. You will be responsible for establishing improvement for overall IE business processes, cost optimisation, maintain and optimise a transparent IE model for respective operations. You should be a hands-on yet strategic leader who is able to identify gaps with ability to set strategy and direction in line with operational needs.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should come with 10+ years of experience in similar senior leadership roles and Semiconductor planning expertise in a must. Your experience should be from the Semiconductor industry. You should be a visionary leader who is able to navigate ambiguity with agility to be as part of a fast paced and hands on environment. Automation and RPA experience in optimising resources will be an added advantage.
