[What the role is]

This is an 11-month contract position as an Executive in the Student & Alumni Services Office.

[What you will be working on]

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Student Service and Visitor Centre

  • To support frontline services which include:
  • Inbound calls
  • Walk-in enquiries
  • Email enquiries
  • Lost & found items
  • Issuance of documents
  • Blazer Issuance
  • Ensure continuous and high-quality service, with no lapses


[What we are looking for]

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prior experience in front-line service or customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • Able to anticipate and solve problems for internal and external customers
