  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

To provide reactive preventive maintenance, installation, and commissioning service to highly specified sterilization and disinfection equipment in Life Science and Health care environments.

  • Installation, commissioning including IQ, OQ, calibration, validation and testing of relevant equipment at customer locations according to Getinge’s protocol.
  • Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations in accordance with Company’s established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts.
  • Implementing Field Service Corrective Actions.
  • Handling administrative work associated with service delivery.
  • Responding to customers’ complaints and providing support for corrective maintenance
  • Meeting key KPIs assigned to you as an individual and of Service department.
  • Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and co-workers through teamwork.
  • Sharing of knowledge and provide advice to clients and their staff as well as all end-users, on the proper operation and usage of the equipment.
  • Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company and/or Manager.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with ITE and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Bio-medical Engineering, or equivalent medical device related educational background are welcome to apply.
  • Possess multiple skills in the areas of PLC's, electricity, electronics, and mechanical systems is a plus.
  • Work experience with PLC control systems, Siemens, B&R or similar.
  • More than 1 year of hands-on related experience in medical or pharmaceutical equipment, installation and maintenance.
  • Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English.
  • Hold a national passport and to be able to apply for a visa for international travel.
  • Ability to travel with occasional overnight stays as and when required
