Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure the smooth execution of a wide range of digital marketing campaigns.
• Act as a strategic consultant, recommending customized digital marketing solutions to meet client goals.
• Present strategies and campaign outcomes to clients, highlighting the value and insights provided.
• Lead and coach a team of account managers, supporting their growth and development.
• Work closely with internal teams (SEO, SEM, social media, content) to achieve successful campaign results.
• Use project management tools to track campaign milestones, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance internal processes, client strategies, and team performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and embrace AI and automation to drive improvements and results.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in client success or account management in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies like SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple clients and manage complex campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex ideas.
• Experience managing and developing junior team members.
• Strong organizational abilities, with experience using project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Asana).
• A mindset geared toward growth and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation in digital marketing is a bonus.
