We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer with a strong background in developing application GUIs and building scalable applications to support large datasets.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in C#, WPF with .NET, and MSSQL, with a solid understanding of design patterns such as MVVM or MVC. Experience in the financial or brokerage sector, especially with FIX Engine and Web Services, is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly, responsive GUIs for desktop applications using WPF and .NET.
• Develop scalable applications capable of handling large datasets and supporting highperformance operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow best practices for software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.
• Apply design patterns such as MVVM or MVC to build modular, maintainable, and testable applications.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues related to both back-end and front-end components.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery of features and bug fixes.
• Work within a high-pressure environment to meet strict deadlines while maintaining code quality and system reliability.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4 to 8 Years of experience in software development.
• Proficient in C#, .NET Framework, and WPF.
• Strong experience with MSSQL and working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with design patterns such as MVVM or MVC.
• Exposure to FIX Engine and Web Services (a plus).
• Understanding of the brokerage business and financial products.
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
• Previous experience working in financial or brokerage industries.
• Knowledge of financial trading systems, FIX protocol, and experience working with real-time data.
