Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and oversee the installation and maintenance of all hardware, software, and networks in project delivery
- Perform ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software, and networks in maintenance projects
- Provide documentation and support for both pre-sales and post-sales activities
- Provide documentation and support for hardware, software, and network
- Provide training to both internal and external users
- Provide support level 2 above
- Ensure all documentations and policies are updated
- Minimum diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 1 to 5 years experience in Windows Client, System and Network implementation
- Technical certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, Linux, or similar is preferred
