Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance on design, system, policies to APAC regional subsidiaries’ marketing, ecommerce and internal operation team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and designs for web projects
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
  • Optimize website performance for speed and usability
  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high quality and functionality
  • Handle service requests and troubleshoot any user/system-related issues and queries
  • Engage with HQ development team to resolve issues, which need implementation
  • Provide technical consultancy and workaround solutions
  • Understand, share HQ guidelines (design, system, policies) & provide the necessary proper compliant guidance, materials and techniques
  • Support integration of online applications/microsites & third-party solutions with the system
  • Co-work closely with security and analytic teams to support the overall operations
  • Conduct system training to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in relevant field of studies
  • 3+ years of experience in web design
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS and other client side technologies
  • Experience with popular frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
  • Proficiency with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Experience in version control systems such as GitHub
  • Responsible, organized and independent and good team player
  • Relevant experience as a designer in a digital/interactive/online/e-commerce focused organization is preferred
  • Knowledge & experience on Adobe Experience Manager is preferred
  • Experience working with Angular, server-side rendering
  • Knowledge of TypeScript, RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Webpack, NPM
