Description
Manage and process charter hire payments accurately and promptly.
Ensure timely invoicing of expenses to owners and sub-charterers.
Conduct monthly financial analysis of owner accounts and recoveries.
Maintain accurate accounting records for all liabilities, expenses, and payments related to owners.
Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve owner disputes.
Monitor and follow up on payments from and to owners and sub-charterers.
Close owner accounts promptly and accurately.
Adhere to internal financial guidelines and deadlines.
Prepare necessary schedules for audits and address audit findings.
Support ad-hoc financial projects as needed.

Profile
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
