What The Role Is

NAC’s Access & Community Engagement Department creates opportunities for everyone living in Singapore to have meaningful encounters with the arts as an integral part of their lives, contributing to building a connected society and a distinctive city. You will be part of the team advocating the value of the arts as well as developing strategies and fostering partnerships with corporate, government and social agencies for arts-based initiatives to thrive in the community. Your role will include working on various initiatives such as ArtsEverywhere@CDC and Arts & Wellbeing, to promote impactful programme design, drive capability development and research to extend reach of the arts.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Partnership management to encourage access to the arts across life stages through new community touchpoints and the domains of health and community care.
  • Drive adoption of the arts for social and wellbeing outcomes.
  • Drive excellence in programme design through commissions and collaborations.
  • Administration of NAC’s funding and grant schemes which includes monitoring and review of funded projects and programs to ensure delivery of outcomes.


What We Are Looking For

  • Good University degree.
  • At least 3 years of working experience.
  • Experience in planning and process development.
  • Meticulous with data and capable of basic data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Able to engage independently with partners and stakeholders in a personable and professional manner.
  • Articulate and confident, write and present well.
  • Able to remain professional and manage demanding and high-pressure situations.
  • Please note that this is a Supernumerary position, up till 2027.
