Finance Manager (Cost Optimization & Plant Efficiency)

Our Client, a leading global MNC is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join as part of her growth strategy.

The incumbent will play a critical role in driving cost management strategies that fuel sustainable growth and improve financial performance. By enhancing transparency, optimizing processes, and collaborating with global teams, this position aims to deliver measurable cost efficiencies and strengthen accountability across the organization. The role is pivotal in embedding cost-saving initiatives into the company’s financial framework while supporting long-term profitability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to identify sustainable cost-saving opportunities and assess their financial impact.
• Drive cost control best practices across finance teams, enhancing visibility and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost efficiencies align with overall financial goals.
• Implement cost-saving strategies within the annual budgeting process and monitor their delivery.
• Build cost reporting tools that empower leadership to make informed decisions.
• Standardize cost tracking and reporting across business units and regions for increased transparency.
• Provide data-driven insights into cost management, highlighting trends and optimization opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive dashboards and analytics to present an integrated view of cost management across the organization.
• Establish documentation standards for all cost-saving initiatives to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Assist in implementing an enterprise-wide system to streamline cost reporting and analytics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Finance/ Business or ACCA, CA preferred
• Minimum 8- 10 years in finance, with a focus on cost management and business process improvement.
• Prior experience in Food / Consumables/ FMCG/ CPG industry with Manufacturing plant costing or controlling experience would be advantageous
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage cost-saving initiatives on a regional/global scale.
• Expertise in leveraging data analytics and technology to optimize financial reporting and drive efficiencies.
