Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of their data center & network carrier services. This role is crucial for driving new business opportunities, particularly within large enterprises and key industry segments, including telecommunications and ICT. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to develop and deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs, ensure customer satisfaction, and differentiate their offerings in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various internal teams, including the solution and delivery teams, to develop integrated solutions that combine domestic and international data center services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on expanding the client base and strengthening relationships with key industry players
  • Engage with key customers, assess their needs regularly, and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Explore and establish a presence in emerging markets, identifying opportunities for growth in ASEAN regions
  • Conduct research on the telecommunications industry and perform market analysis to ensure the competitiveness of proposed solutions
  • Develop and execute account strategy plans and business plans in collaboration with internal teams to achieve annual business goals
  • Present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders, using insights for future case studies and training
  • Handle related duties necessary for the proper management of key accounts, including managing sales projects and operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in business development and sales, particularly within the data center industry and telecommunications sector
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with large enterprises and industry leaders, delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
  • Experience in expanding business into new markets and regions, with a focus on solution sales and understanding product specifications and competition
  • Strong understanding of data center technologies and related fields, including carrier networks
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create professional presentations and reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas
  • Strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, self-directed, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and work collaboratively to build strong relationships within and outside the organization
