This Project Manager's role is aimed to transform IT infrastructure, meet regulatory requirements and manage risk with Murex capital markets technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Similarly to PMO role, Associate Project Managers provide assistance to Project Managers and project team on Project management disciplines
- Guiding Project Managers on Murex Project Management Methodology and assist Project Managers in deployment/fine-tuning of the processes to projects
- Coordinating project communication across internal project team and interested parties
- Organizing project meetings & take minutes incl. action follow-ups with the team
- Following up on Incident Management, Release Management & Environment Management
- Identifying risks and escalating to Murex Project Manager (budget, planning, ...)
- Contributing to Project Reviews to control quality and methodology application
- Assisting in Project Reporting to internal management & client project managers
- Assisting PM in managing budget, project time/expense validation/analysis, financial data ( invoicing with CSO, forecast with CSO/finance)
- Performing regular project quality checkpoint on projects and share feedback & recommended corrective actions with Project Manager
Mandatory Skills Description:
- 6-8 years of project management and related experience in banking and finance domain
- Knowledge on financial products eg:-equity, IRD, currency products &commodity products preferred
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.

- Advanced MS Outlook 2007/10, MS Project 2007/10, MS Word, PowerPoint & Office Excel, Jira
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
