Your Role
Mighty Jaxx is looking for an Accounts Assistant to assist in entering, checking, and posting transactions into our internal accounts system. This role will work closely with the Finance team to ensure the accuracy of financial data and support smooth financial operations. This is a 3 month contract role, to support the current team.
Responsibilities
Transaction Processing
- Enter financial transactions into accounting systems
- Verify the accuracy of invoices, receipts, and financial documents
- Post daily transactions and reconcile discrepancies
Support
- Support ad hoc projects and tasks as required
Requirements
- Proficiency in 365 Business Central accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for financial reporting
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Prior experience preferred
