Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Marketing Admin Executive located at Chinatown, Singapore.

• Job Title: Event Marketing Admin Executive (Full Time)
• Availability: Immediate
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6.30pm (5 days work week)
• Location: People’s Park Centre (Chinatown)

Responsibilities:

• Aid the marketing manager in various marketing initiatives and other administrative tasks.
• Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms.
• Manage the company's social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling.
• Create graphics using Canva and produce trending videos for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
• Support marketing and sales efforts through administrative tasks including data collection, data entry, and designing survey forms.
• Provide onsite support during marketing events.
• Other ad-hoc administrative support

Requirements:

• Entry level, fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Min Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related fields, and be a Singapore Citizen/PR.
• Have familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), MS Office, and Canva.
• Proficient command of the English language, with fluency in Chinese being advantageous.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
• Meticulous and displays a responsible attitude with time management abilities.
• Show resourcefulness and adeptness in creative problem-solving.
• Responsible, resourceful and meticulous in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commence work within short notice.
