Sales & Service Admin Executive (Sales support, Redhill)

Job Responsibilities

• Generate Tax Invoice, Credit Note, do Inventory Control,
• Generate report for Account Receivable and update customer record
• Generate PO, DO, customer invoice, Sales Inventory Report
• Liaise with Forwarder to arrange delivery and generate invoices to overseas customers
• Liaise with customers for outstanding PO, parts delivery arrangement
  
  

Job Requirements

• Experience as a sales coordinator
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Word
• Possess good communication skills to communicate with internal staff and customers
