Sandbar is a disruptor in the swimwear industry, using recycled plastic bottles to create premium family matching UPF50 swimwear and funding ocean cleanup projects. For every item sold, Sandbar removes 1KG of ocean plastic, with a goal to remove 1 million KGs of plastic. The company offers a range of eco-friendly products including swimwear, beach towels, sunscreen, and beach bags, available online, in-store, and through wholesale channels.

We have multiple stores and we are looking to support our head of retail to run the operational efficiency of the stores including, but not limited to sales management, staff management, stock management and customer management.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Retail Operations Associate at Sandbar Singapore, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Retail Operations Associate will handle day-to-day tasks related to managing retail operations, coordinating inventory, ensuring product availability, overseeing customer service, and supporting sales efforts. This role will be based in Singapore with the opportunity for remote work.

Qualifications

  • Retail Operations Management, Inventory Coordination, and Customer Service skills
  • Sales Support and Store Management experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
