What The Role Is

You lead project teams to plan and execute the upgrading programmes for the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) platforms, ensuring that the upgraded platforms meet operational requirements and performance within project timeline and cost.

What You Will Be Working On

On this, you balance project requirements with stakeholder needs to maintain business-as-usual activities. You also deliver and validate upgraded and new capabilities. In addition, you provide cross-cutting oversight to ensure commonality across upgrading platforms. Your challenges lie in delivering upgraded platforms within tight timelines, balancing project requirements against operational demands, and driving multi-partite project management to ensure tight operational-technical integration.

What We Are Looking For

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Engineering, with at least 10 years' related experience. Possession of good managerial and interpersonal skills, along with strong critical and systems thinking abilities, is essential. Prior experience and knowledge in naval operations and naval warfare is advantageous.
