We are currently looking for a Video Production Intern who is currently pursuing or recently graduated from Film or Media production. As a Video Production Intern, you will work closely on projects with the Production Lead and other departments to ensure that each video is executed smoothly. These projects range from corporate shoots to social media contents.

During your time with us, you’ll gain invaluable experience in the following areas:

  • Understanding Creative Development: Learn how creative ideas are developed and implemented.
  • Production Timeline Management: Acquire skills in creating and managing production timelines, including setting deadlines and tracking progress.
  • Task Coordination: Develop abilities in coordinating tasks and ensuring team members meet their deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Learn to identify and address issues that arise during production, such as scheduling conflicts or technical difficulties.
  • Effective Communication: Gain experience in communicating post-production feedback effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Production Lead with planning, coordinating and managing video projects(pre-prod. to post-prod.).
  • Be comfortable with shooting, reviewing and adjusting composition settings and audio levels on the go.
  • Help with all duties/follow up for post-production which includes media ingesting, editing(if needed) etc..
  • Organize and maintain necessary project assets, ensuring that files are properly labeled and stored for easy retrieval.
  • As the primary point of contact between the marketing team and our editors, your role is to assist the Production Lead in keeping projects on track and ensuring smooth communication. You'll be responsible for managing project timelines, conveying edit comments, and sharing essential information between both teams.

Requirements

  • English spoken, Mandarin is a bonus.
  • Basic knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Basic knowledge of videography.
  • An eye for art direction.
  • Experience with social media platforms and video content creation.
  • Basic understanding of video production processes, including pre-production, filming, and editing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
