Responsibilities

In this newly created and highly visible role, you will lead cross functional teams to deliver business growth, outlet operations and customer experience. You will be the thought leader for operations excellence and cascade the best practices into the stores. This will include definition of best-in-class operational processes, deployment of new processes, and implementation of new technology/ tools to drive overall business performance and customer engagement. You will report to the CEO and manage a sizable team, whom you will lead and develop to their full potential.

Requirements

You are a seasoned Operations leader with at least 15+ years of experience. Prior expertise in Asian F&B operations will be advantageous. You have a proven track record in optimising outlet operations and enhancing customer journey. To succeed in this role, you will be described as commercial, perceptive and game for challenges.
