Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including defining product requirements, creating detailed specifications, and prioritizing features.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to gather feedback, align on product goals, and ensure successful product launches.
- Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of experience in product management or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
