Who are we looking for?

We are seeking talented architectural designers to join our dynamic and vibrant Singapore studio. In this role, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams on a variety of exciting local and international projects. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with the South-East Asia (SEA) leadership team and engage with senior leaders across the broader APAC region, contributing to our studio’s success.

We’re looking for amazing team members who possess a well-rounded skillset to help take our projects to the next level! We encourage applicants who may not meet all of the outlined criteria but believe they have the skills and experience to contribute effectively to our team to apply.

Our architectural designers:

• Project Leadership: Work with Project leads/Directors to manage one or more projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Design Development: Engage in the full design process, from concept through to completion, including the creation of detailed drawings, reports, 3D models, and presentations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including junior architects, designers, and outside consultants, to ensure seamless and cohesive project development.
• Regulatory Compliance: With the help of Local Qualified Professionals, ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Project Documentation: Prepare and review architectural documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and project reports.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve design and construction challenges, with innovative, effective solutions to ensure project success.
• Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns, fostering their professional growth
• Growth Mindset: Be solution focused on the requirements of clients, project managers, contractors and team members during the design realisation, project documentation and construction administration.

Further to this, the type of person we’re looking for is someone with:

• The ongoing legal right to work within Singapore.
• A relevant qualification(s) in Architecture or a related field.
• Singapore architecture registration.
• 5+ years’ professional experience in a similar Architectural role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships while managing project demands effectively.
• Intermediate proficiency in Revit, with hands-on experience in architectural documentation.
• Advanced technical knowledge of architectural project delivery.
• Inventive and creative thinking including spatial and environmental design, master planning, story creation reflecting research and location criteria.
• Excellent team management and collaboration skills, including the ability to delegate work, communicate design concepts, and guide projects to successful outcomes.
• High level communication skills, both written, verbal and non-verbal, with the ability to produce detailed reports, lead presentations and engage effectively with both clients and peers.
• Advanced skills in design, presentation, documentation, and project delivery, with keen attention to detail.
• Self-driven work ethic, capable of handling fast-paced project demands with minimal supervision.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a focus on initiative and delivering high-quality results, within our teams.
• Exceptional collaboration skills, with the proven ability to lead, effectively communicate design concepts and details, and guide projects to successful outcomes and deliverables.
