Core Duties & Responsibilities

  • To lead, generate & engage with new clients to build new businesses
  • To manage both existing clients and develop new business opportunities
  • Take lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with the requirements
  • Identify and map business strengths and customer needs

Skills, Experience Competencies Required

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience preferably sales technique in a commercial office interior design firm, or equivalent
  • Possess pro-activeness, creativity and have entrepreneurial skills
  • Possess strong communication skills, able to think critically when making plans
  • To be motivated, energetic and have a business development mind-set to lead
