You will be part of the Payroll Implementation Delivery team assisting clients to plan for, prepare and transition to our system and processes.

You will be working with the Project Manager to consistently review processes to ensure the best possible customer experience and perform complete data transformation into the new solution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and agree with Client the milestones and the processes to complete the entire project

• Manage the migration of the entire data from Client’s existing software

• Guide the Client on the documentations and reporting necessary due to this transition

• Communicate with Clients on the Payroll best practices

• Perform multiple implementations coordinating with Clients

• Report to the team management the status every month

• Manage monthly start to end payroll process

• Project management and successful implementation

Qualification & Experience.

• Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines

• Good written and spoken English with excellent communication skills

• Relevant experience is preferred

• Excellent team player

• Client focused and customer sensitive service behaviour.

• Mature, self-motivated, flexible individual who can work independently with limited supervision in a dynamic environment.
