  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

My client is looking to hire a Data Engineer (2x) to join a fast growing team to build and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions. The Data Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying data ingestion, processing, and delivery systems. They will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide insights and recommendations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex data pipelines and architectures for data ingestion, transformation, and distribution
  • Ensure data quality, reliability, and availability across different data sources and platforms
  • Provide L3 support for in-house development work and data platform/warehouse
  • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Create and maintain data documentation and metadata
  • Support data users and troubleshoot data issues

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or any related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in data engineering or related roles
  • Strong knowledge and experience with KDB+ will be a huge advantage
  • Experience with relational databases, as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and other scripting languages
  • Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Snowflake, or GCP
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
