As part of the Platform and Transformation team, the Business Analyst will lead the development of CRM capabilities to support the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing client relationship management and aligning business processes across the organization. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders and project teams to ensure smooth execution of CRM and data management initiatives.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop foundational CRM capabilities and recommend improvements to optimize client relationships.
  • Lead the creation and execution of a data migration and reconciliation strategy for the CLM TOM.
  • Facilitate and manage cross-functional working groups to align on CRM strategy and direction.
  • Organize and plan tasks required to deliver CRM-related capabilities and enhancements.
  • Define business requirements, develop capability roadmaps, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams on the CLM TOM program to ensure effective engagement and alignment.
  • Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to ensure software quality.
  • Track and document software defects, issues, and test results using project management tools.

Candidate requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in client onboarding, lifecycle management, or CRM projects within Private Banking.
  • Hands-on experience in large-scale data migration projects is essential.
  • Experience in Private Banking, with knowledge of business integration and front-office processes.
  • Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel/Power BI, and Word.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with issue-based problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with software development, testing methodologies, and project management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
