Job Overview:

The Corporate Strategic Support Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s corporate governance and strategic planning efforts.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to develop, implement, and track strategic initiatives while ensuring the efficient execution of corporate projects and board matters.

Your role includes conducting research, analysis, and offering strategic insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to assist in developing annual operating plans, monthly reporting, and other corporate-related matters.
  • Provide executive support by preparing, coordinating, and distributing materials for Board and committee meetings.
  • Maintain and manage corporate records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation for corporate reporting and compliance.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and the Board, offering insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in developing and executing strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decisions and present data-driven recommendations.
  • Support various corporate projects, including due diligence and documentation for joint ventures and partnerships.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and key stakeholders to facilitate communication, coordinate meetings, and prepare necessary materials.
  • Identify areas for improvement in processes and contribute to the enhancement of corporate efficiency.
  • Lead or participate in special projects, as assigned, to support corporate objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Corporate Governance, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate governance, strategic support, or a related role with a proven track record of supporting senior management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in preparing presentations and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with the capacity to interpret complex data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with corporate governance tools.
