Social Content Intern

You Will

• Support the social media team in formulating a TikTok social strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Create weekly content for the company’s social media profiles (Instagram & TikTok)
• Interact with YouTrip’s followers and oversee conversations using the brand’s voice
• Stay up to date with the latest TikTok and emerging platform trends & suggest ideas on boosting our presence on these platforms
• Work together with the social media team to understand performance and growth metrics so as to adjust creatives to further optimise posts
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and content ideation
• Be sufficient in producing own content

You Are

• Social Media Enthusiast - You are passionate about social media and staying informed about the latest trends, particularly Tik Tok
• Versatile Storyteller - You possess strong storytelling and creative skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics. You also have a firm grasp of basic video editing and Tik Tok editing tools
• Natural Communicator - You have a good command of English and possess the ability to articulate effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive Self Starter - You have the ability to work well in teams and independently. You also have an open mind with a willingness to learn; proactive with excellent organisation skills

Community Intern

You Will

• Facilitate conversations among YouTrip users and cultivate meaningful engagement initiatives in key Telegram channels.
• Contribute to the planning and executing of YouTrip offline events, activations, and community meetups.
• Support the day-to-day monitoring and response of social/digital sentiments on community channels - social media, forums, app reviews.
• Assist in the operational tasks for the YouTrip Ambassador Programme and growing the Ambassador base to spread brand awareness.
• Support the community team in creating strategies for YouTrip Ambassadors in generating high-level, brand-relevant content.
• Coordinate exciting community merch drops/giveaways for the marketing team.

• An Event Planner - You love exciting events and have a strong passion for organising creative events that are engaging and memorable.
• Natural Communicator - You are outgoing, have a good command of English and possess the ability to articulate effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive Self Starter - You have the ability to work well in teams and also independently. You also have an open mind with a willingness to learn; proactive with excellent organisation skills.
