As the Head of Marketing & Communications, dnata Singapore you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic objectives through integrated marketing and communications initiatives.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position collaborates closely with internal divisions and Head Office to ensure alignment and champion the company’s brand identity and messaging across all channels.

In This Role, You Will

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive schedule for marketing, communications, and customer relations initiatives that align with business priorities. Continuously monitor, evaluate, and report on these activities to senior management to ensure effectiveness and alignment with goals.
  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns designed to support strategic business objectives and drive client acquisition. Work closely with the business development team to produce innovative marketing materials and ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, division leaders, and external partners to effectively communicate departmental activities. Drive internal communication platforms to keep staff engaged and informed about company objectives. Manage external corporate communications and media relations to foster positive relationships with press and industry publications. Enhance social media strategies and integrate campaigns with overall marketing efforts.
  • Develop and execute a customer engagement calendar in partnership with internal teams. Plan and manage events and other engagement touchpoints to boost brand awareness and strengthen customer relationships. Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities that align with industry relevance to enhance brand visibility. Manage and negotiate agreements with external agencies and vendors to support and optimize marketing activities.
  • Oversee the planning, compilation, and reporting of annual marketing budgets, ensuring prudent and efficient expenditure. Build and maintain strong relationships with operational leaders and key stakeholders to ensure cohesive integration of marketing efforts across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Minimum of a Marketing, Communications, or PR degree from a recognised institution.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing & Communications with a multinational company.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to senior management.

You'll Have An Edge If You Have

  • Proven track record in developing and executing brand-marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects under pressure.
  • Thorough knowledge of the travel industry is advantageous.
