Datgel is a Singapore based B2B software company, offering in house developed products, services and resold software products. Our clients are geotechnical engineers and engineering geologists located in Australia and globally.

Role Description

This is a part time 10-20 hour a week, spread over 4 or 5 days M-F, remote or hybrid role for a Sales Support Coordinator. You can be 100% remote located anywhere in APAC, as long as you can work UTC+8 business hours.

Responsibilities

  • On going maintaining data in Dynamics 365 Sales and our e-commerce website
  • Clean up Dynamics 365 Sales data, rename accounts, contacts, validate information, consolidate duplicates etc
  • Process sales leads and draft emails
  • Sales administration for quotes and processing orders
  • Sell subscription renewals
  • Search for new leads, and draft emails
  • Communication with clients
  • Providing customer service, and basic license/installation support
  • Supporting sales and marketing efforts
  • Office administration tasks as needed
  • PA to Managing Director
  • Sales and marketing reporting

Requirements

  • Business level verbal and written English
  • Good computer literacy, can understand installing and licensing of our software
  • Good MS Office skills, including excel functions vlookup and pivot tables
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales a must
  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
  • Experience in the geotechnical, geoenvironmental, civil engineering industry is a plus
  • Experience in B2B tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
