Key Activity

As a Network Project Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful execution and oversight of key network infrastructure projects across the Asia-Pacific region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate project resources, scheduling, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address project requirements and issues.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  • Assist in financial management, including tracking expenses and ensuring efficient resource utilization.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing appropriate risk management strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
