- As a Commercial Manager of our Platform Business, you are responsible of several elements in the business such as below:
- Managing the whole business operation of the platform business.
- Maintaining and improving the quality of the platform.
- Monitoring the platform business for any potential gaps to be improvised.
- Ensuring all users’ expectation and satisfaction are met.
- Creating strategies to achieve goals and higher profit through marketing, promotions, partnerships, etc.
- Guiding, training, and ensuring the teams run efficiently and effectively.
- Planning and executing strategies for the business expansion.
- Building and maintaining communication and relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Min. 1~2 years’ experience in Business Development or similar roles, preferably from the Tech/ IT/ digital industry.
- Deep knowledge of digital channels, website development.
- High level of organization, management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Agile and able to multi-task.
- High level of problem-solving skill.
- Strong analytical skill.
- Ambitious and target driven.
