Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate clear and compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to the Web3 audience.
- Lead and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature updates, coordinating across teams (product, sales, design, and marketing) to drive adoption and awareness.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights to inform product strategy and marketing plans, ensuring stays ahead in the Web3 space.
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, influencer) to boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention in the Web3 ecosystem.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the blockchain, Web3, or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and digital assets.
- Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and driving projects from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
