  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, talent development, retention, and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify talent gaps and create plans for attracting, developing, and retaining key talents.
  • Manage and lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support for optimal work performance.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain current knowledge of HR trends and best practices.
  • Review and enhance HR systems, processes, and procedures to streamline operations and improve employee experience.
  • Provide expert advice on HR matters, including talent management, employee relations, compensation, and learning and development.
  • Partner with managers and employees to resolve HR issues and promote a positive, inclusive work environment

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of progressive experience in HR, of which at least 5 years in a HR people managerial role.
  • Preferred with work experience in a multinational or contract manufacturing environment exceeding 1,000 employees.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs with strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching and motivating diverse teams. Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in complex and critical situations.
  • Extensive working knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and compliance issues, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and resolving HR issues.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, MS Office, and other HR-related software. Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented, with a strong ability to multi-task and complete tasks within stipulated timelines.
