Our client is a global medical devices company seeking to hire an experienced and dedicated Sales Director to lead their sales team across APAC. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the medical surgical device industry and a proven track record of driving sales strategies and business growth
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and achieve sales targets across APAC
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry network and market insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to enhance brand visibility and attract new business.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of delivering projects and strong people management skills
- Bachelor's Degree required, advanced Degree preferred.
- At least 8-10 years of sales experience in the medical device industry
- Business Development skills and sales experience;
- Excellent communication skills
