Korn Ferry has partnered with one of our clients, from the Hospitality sector, to support their search for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join their team in Singapore. This role will start off as an initial 12-month contract with the potential for extension or conversion.

Scope

  • Closely partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards like Linkedin, social media, and direct outreach, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and progress.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Proven 4+ years as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role within Talent Acquisition.
  • A background in hospitality sector would be advantageous
  • Excellent grasp of sourcing process and tools like Linkedin, hireEZ
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) – e.g. Taleo
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – open and transparent, “human-touch”
  • Ability to impact & influence
  • High situational awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Proactive. An excellent individual contributor as well as team player
