Job Description

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Oversee and supervise any office renovation/expansion.
  • Sourcing of renovation contractors.
  • Act as primary coordinator and contact point from Scoot with SIA Properties and other sub-contractors, as necessary.

Office Administration and Management

  • Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of office/building facilities, including pantry management.
  • Supervise and manage contractors and other service providers via SIA Properties.
  • Act as primary coordinator and contact point from Scoot with SIA Properties and service providers.
  • Responsible for property lease contract administration and renewals with CAG and/or other future office space lessors.
  • Responsible for office furniture, upholstery, pest control and any other cleaning/sanitisation activities.
  • Handle procurement, monitor inventory and expenditure of office supplies, stationery, and other consumables.
  • Manage incoming, outgoing mails and couriers.
  • Review existing processes, develop new processes as necessary to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Candidates with Office Administration Operations or ANY related experiences are welcome to apply
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities as role is needed to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in procuring and sourcing of office services
