A leading equipment engineering solutions company is seeking a Sales Manager (Air Compressor) based in Singapore. The successful candidate will spearhead the company’s expansion into the South-East Asia region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Identify and establish new sales channels, while managing and nurturing existing ones.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product training, and after-sales support.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, proposals, and reports.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of regional sales experience in the air compressor industry.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the air compressor industry.
  • Willing to work as an individual contributor
  • Work with direct and channel sales partners
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the region.
  • Technical knowledge or qualifications in mechanical engineering are advantageous.
