  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the program management of multifunctional large Cloud Infrastructure projects, covering program planning, delivery assurance and verification, tracking and reporting, and risk and mitigation planning.
  • Manage the risks, issues, and actions for the account(s) and regularly track them to meet the expected outcomes and timelines, building mitigation plans as the program evolves.
  • Manage the delivery quality of Customer / Partner teams and resources where required.
  • Take various project requirements and organize them into clear goals and objectives and break down large projects/processes into sub-projects and sub-processes, which are executed by other teams or partners.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or master's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
  • 8 to 10 years related experience in Cloud Program Manager.
  • 3 years of experience delivering material digital transformation projects to global organizations.
  • Experience in program management, client service and/or management consulting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time as projects require.
  • Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base and collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Experience leveraging quantitative assessment and analysis for decision-making and prioritization.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the broader Cloud marketplace and the differentiators of various Cloud offerings.
  • To learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.
