Responsibilities

Project Delivery

  • Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Foster collaboration and clear communication among internal teams, external partners, and clients.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and risks, developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that projects have the resources and tools required to meet objectives.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators, regularly updating stakeholders on project progress.

Technical Pre-Sales Support

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical requirements and business constraints.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to architect solutions that align with potential client needs.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value of Sembcorp’s offerings.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor solutions to strategically position Sembcorp's services in pre-sales conversations.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align technical solutions with business strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer science or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of professional experience with a proven track record in project management and technical sales.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to understand and address both business and technical requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This is a 100% in-office position. The successful candidate must be available to work from our corporate office during regular business hours.
