Role Description

As a Client Services Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and ensuring that clients' business objectives and needs are met. You will be the key point of contact between the client and the agency, and will work across teams to manage the successful execution of campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and work closely on pitches and pitch presentations with internal teams.
  • Work with other members of the agency to respond effectively to new business enquiries.
  • Build and nurture good relationships with clients.
  • Own your communications with clients - participate in and manage meetings and calls with clients, understand and analyse their needs.
  • Gather, share and act upon receiving brief or feedback from client.
  • Plan and implement market research to develop marketing and creative strategies and tactics that will be appropriate and effective for your clients.
  • Develop briefs based on Client’s input, sound research, account knowledge and brief assigned creative teams.
  • Present and sell tactical creative ideas and work to clients.
  • Manage and oversee the preparation of proposals, quotations, timelines and billings for your projects.
  • Manage and update production timetables, project tracking tools (eg. progress reports, translation and print trackers etc.) to monitor progress of projects and ensure efficient and on-time deliveries.
  • Facilitate and manage client feedback as an intermediary between client and agency.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a related field in branding, creative, marketing, or public relations. Creative agency experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • A good understanding of marketing and communication principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, social media and project management tools.
  • Uncanny aptitude for understanding clients’ needs and dissecting briefs and hitting the bull’s eye in deliverables.
  • Ability to work flexibly to deliver client needs.
  • Self-motivated team player and creative problem-solver.
