  1. Keep track and organise the calendars and schedules of our key executives, and provide timely reminders
  2. Prioritize meetings, emails, phone calls according to our key executives’ requirements
  3. Bookkeep (maintain files and update records) and ensure the right documents and information are prepared prior to event
  4. Prepare and consolidate presentation decks
  5. Handle and screen correspondences for our key executives
  6. Take accurate minutes for our key executives’ formal meetings

Requirements

  1. Min. 1 year experience
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skill / active listening
  3. Familiarity with office gadgets and application
  4. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
