Responsibilities
- Keep track and organise the calendars and schedules of our key executives, and provide timely reminders
- Prioritize meetings, emails, phone calls according to our key executives’ requirements
- Bookkeep (maintain files and update records) and ensure the right documents and information are prepared prior to event
- Prepare and consolidate presentation decks
- Handle and screen correspondences for our key executives
- Take accurate minutes for our key executives’ formal meetings
Requirements
- Min. 1 year experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skill / active listening
- Familiarity with office gadgets and application
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
