We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and manage a 360-degree marketing strategy across online and offline channels. This individual will oversee a Creative Marketing Manager, Branding Manager, Social Content Executive, Creative Designer, and an Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing and creative professionals.
  • Oversee merchandising and buying strategies, working closely with a team of buyers based in Singapore and consultants in Hong Kong.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and sponsors.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to align marketing efforts with the brand's vision and goals.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive in the fashion and beauty industries.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, ideally within the fashion or beauty sectors
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of merchandising and the multi-label brand environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills; ability to be a connector and manage relationships effectively.
  • Competency-driven with the ability to work closely with the hiring manager and manage expectations.
  • Growth mindset with a proactive approach to challenges and problem-solving.
