Responsibilities and Duties

Primary

Day to day management of all functions within Operations and Administration Department as assigned(including HR, Logistics, PDPA and Finance).

Enhance and maintain FFFA’s existing partnerships with suppliers, business partners and channels to ensure best sourcing for services and products pertaining to FFFA.

SOPs- Timely updates to Office operations and administrative SOPs

Application of suitable grants for FFFA(whether by self or proxy) and the necessary follow ups.

Drawing up and maintenance of all forms of Contracts and MOUs in relation to FFFA and keeping a record of each.

Secondary

To provide administrative support for FFFA’s Events and Initiatives.

To maintain a comfortable and conducive work environment for better staff performance.

To organise, coordinate office administration and procedures in order to ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.

Administer hiring and onboarding for new hires, as well as disciplinary actions, outboarding and dismissals as assigned by GM.

Review and maintenance of FFFA's official website.

Instructional role(s)

Collate administrative needs and requirements by the staff team in order to maintain a smooth operational flow.

Assigning appropriate roles to staff team to ensure adherence to proper administrative and practices within purview.
