We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Senior Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of our company. You will work closely with the executive team to ensure accurate financial reporting, develop strategic financial plans, and maintain robust internal controls. Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support in their professional development.

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis for management and stakeholders. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Monitor financial performance against targets and provide variance analysis. Implement corrective actions where appropriate.

Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic financial plans. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure compliance with financial and tax reporting requirements. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.

Qualifications:

Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance or a relevant professional qualification (CA/CPA/CFA).
A minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in a regional capacity within the finance or accounting field.
Proven experience as a Senior Finance Manager or similar role in the finance industry, specifically within fintech, banking, or financial services.
Proven track record in senior accounting or finance roles, demonstrating advanced proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
Exceptional financial modelling skills, coupled with the ability to interpret intricate financial data and derive actionable insights.
Successful history of enhancing efficiencies, implementing spending controls, and ensuring the safeguarding of company assets.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated success in business partnering and influencing decision-making at the executive leadership level.
Proficiency in accounting software (Oracle Netsuite) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
