  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As we expand globally, we're seeking dynamic individuals to manage key operational and business support functions across our overseas offices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with local company laws, regulations, and policies in Germany, Canada, and the USA.

- Manage local payroll, financial reporting and tax filings for all overseas offices.

- Oversee HR functions, including employment contracts, benefits, and onboarding in compliance with local labor laws.

- Support financial operations such as budgeting, expense management, supply chain management and audits.

- Collaborate with external consultants, accountants, and legal professionals for seamless operations.

- Provide administrative support, including the management of office leases, insurance, and procurement.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, HR, finance, tax and local compliance.

- Strong understanding of local tax systems, employment regulations, and corporate laws in Germany, Canada, and the USA.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Proficiency in finance and HR software systems.

- Ability to work independently with attention to detail in a remote, multi-country setup.

- Ability to work around time zone differences with a diverse international team.
